Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Administration or a related field.
• 5 years as an effective classroom teacher.
• 2+ years leading, coaching and developing teachers.
• NYS Teacher certification.
• Familiarity with remote learning systems (e.g. Google Classroom).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional and school-wide initiatives to raise academic achievement.
• Collaborate with families and staff to foster a safe, inclusive culture.
• Support data-driven decision making and RtI processes.
• Represent the school leadership in network initiatives and board meetings.
