Your Impact
As an Assistant Operator on 1st Shift, you'll play a critical role in supporting press and finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality label production that drives daily commerce.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation
• Prepare materials and components for production
• Operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.)
• Monitor and document product quality
• Package and label finished goods
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping
• Collaborate with team members and support training efforts

What It Takes

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork

The Fine Print
