Job summary

The Gardner School of Minnetonka is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, guiding children’s development, and maintaining a clean, safe classroom. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• 1+ years of experience with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher with implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Offer nurturing guidance supporting emotional and behavioral development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and assist with routines.
• Collaborate with teaching teams and school leaders for consistency.
• Engage with families respectfully and professionally.
