Job summary

The Gardner School of Minnetonka is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a warm, engaging classroom and model core values for a passionate team. You will develop developmentally appropriate lesson plans and foster strong family partnerships in a state‑of‑the‑art preschool environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• 1+ year of experience with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
