The Learning Experience is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team in TX. This entry-level role focuses on supporting young learners as they play, learn, and grow within a caring classroom environment.

You will collaborate with licensed teachers, implement our curriculum, maintain safety standards, and help families stay informed about their child's progress through updates and discussions. Prior ECC exposure helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ECE coursework preferred.
• At least 6 months experience in Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with preschool teachers to deliver our curriculum.
• Maintain safety and quality compliance in classrooms.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming daycare space.
