The Learning Experience - Omaha, NE -Antler View is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to support classrooms for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers. This entry-level role focuses on safety, nurturing curiosity, and helping children learn through play.

You will follow our curriculum with guidance from lead teachers, maintain clean, compliant classrooms, and communicate with families to celebrate each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• High school diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Meet any state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and create a fun, engaging learning environment.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in daycare classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with peers to foster a welcoming daycare space for children.
• Communicate with parents about their child’s progress via apps and personal discussions.

Education
