Company Description: Ascension Catholic Academy is a consortium of Catholic schools located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. The Academy is committed to providing academic excellence to diverse neighborhoods and welcoming families as beloved children of God. As a ministry of Church of the Ascension, we ensure excellence, accessibility, and sustainability for our four schools: Ascension Catholic School, St. John Paul II Catholic School, St. Pascal Regional Catholic School, and St. Peter Claver Catholic School. Each school has an Early Childhood Learning Center on site.
Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our preschool team at Ascension Catholic School. Under the supervision of the Lead Preschool Teacher and the Director of Early Childhood Learning, the Assistant Preschool Teacher will assist with day-to-day tasks such as preparing lessons, supporting students during activities, and maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in early childhood education or a related field and have a passion for working with young children. This position requires a commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that reflects the values of Catholic education.

Starting Pay: $18 per hour. Starting pay is determined by the candidate's experience and education level.
