Job summary

Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of licensed center experience with preschool-aged children.

We offer competitive pay ($13.50–$16 per hour, USD), health/dental/vision, paid holidays and PTO, 401(k) with company match, and employee childcare discounts. No nights or weekends. Growth opportunities and ongoing coaching are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed early learning center.
• Experience with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Willingness to complete EDU 119 if not already completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teacher in daily classroom activities and routines.
• Support developmentally appropriate learning experiences and positive behavior support.

Pay Range $13.50 — $16 USD
