The Malvern School of Voorhees is seeking a full-time Assistant Teacher for the Preschool classroom. The role involves supporting the Early Childhood Education program, maintaining a safe classroom, and communicating with parents using various tools to meet expectations.

Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma (minimum 18 years old) and have substantial experience with young children in licensed settings, including options for CDA or college credits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
• 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education whose general duties will be as follows.

• Teacher assists in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.


• Teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
