The Learning Experience is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team at our Chester County daycare. You will support lead teachers, help implement our curriculum, and create a warm, safe environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and engage children through our characters.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the daycare classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming and engaging daycare space for children.
• Communicate with parents and families about their child's progress through various channels.
