Job summary

Treasure Kids Academy is seeking an Assistant Teacher with no prior experience. The role supports daily classroom schedules, maintains a clean, welcoming space, and ensures safety and sanitary conditions. You will join a team working with teachers to foster a caring environment for children.

Training will be provided, with completion of online courses within 90 days. The position is Monday–Friday, 9:30–6:30, with both full-time and part-time options available. Background screening is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily classroom schedule in accordance with our curriculum.
• Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Assist in keeping a safe, sanitary classroom environment.
• Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines in our employee handbook.
• Assists in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessary.
• Adhering to all Company, DCF, policies and procedures.
• Team Player.
• Must have a love for children and want to make a difference in a child's life.
• Friendly and Approachable.
• Working with Teachers and Assistants inside of Classroom.
• We are willing to Train, No experience needed/no courses/classes needed but will need to complete within first 90 days of employment online courses.
