Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking an assistant teacher to support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. You will help implement curriculum, coordinate activities, and assist with day-to-day operations while communicating effectively with children and families.

You will contribute to a cohesive teaching team, maintain records, and support ongoing professional development to ensure quality in early childhood education.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
• Help plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and promote social, cognitive and emotional growth.
• Maintain frequent communication with parents through informal and formal discussions, reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
• Maintain a healthy classroom environment including hygiene and safety for children.
• Maintain accurate records, forms, and files.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to improve quality.
