Hoar Construction seeks an Assistant Preconstruction Manager to help deliver preconstruction services across design stages. You will input, coordinate and solve issues with the team to maintain program, scope and quality, while supporting schedule and cost control. Some travel (up to 10%) may be required.
Typically, you will produce take-offs, assist with bid packaging, and support budget and schedule development with the project team. A related degree and 1–4 years of experience are preferred.
The Assistant Preconstruction Manager is responsible for assisting with the delivery of preconstruction services for projects; providing input, coordination and problem solving, at all stages of design. The Assistant Preconstruction Manager is charged with providing support to the Preconstruction Manager, guiding projects through the preconstruction / design phase, while maintaining each project's desired program, scope, and quality, to ensure effective schedule and cost control. In this role you may be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
