Job Description
MPU is adding a new leader at our power site and we are seeking applicants with strong power plant experience.
The Assistant Power Plant Manager-Operations is responsible for implementing strategic operational initiatives and overseeing plant production, performance, and regulatory compliance. This includes development of plant personnel, fostering a culture that prioritizes operational work orders and supports key business functions.
This role also works closely with the Plant Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations, balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on fieldwork and maintaining effective communication across all levels of the organization.
