C1S Group, Inc. is seeking a capable Construction Project Manager to drive design-build projects from kickoff through closeout in Texas. You will partner with PMs and supers, manage budgets, risk, and schedule, and maintain client and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Construction management and/or engineering experience applicable to project delivery.
• PM certification preferred but not required; strong track record in construction management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects moving from kickoff to closeout.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, proposals, and cost tracking.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote safety standards with clients and subs.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, subs, and partners to avoid surprises.
• Prepare reports on schedule, quality, safety, and financials.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, addenda, and project records.
• Coordinate permitting and inspections and manage subcontract execution.
