LVI Associates in Boise, ID is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for heavy civil construction to support road, bridge, and utility programs across Idaho. You will work with senior PMs to plan, schedule, and deliver projects safely and on budget.

Candidates need 2+ years in heavy civil work, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; a related bachelor's degree is preferred, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or CE preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, execution, and delivery of heavy civil construction projects.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field operations.
