Ti-Zack Concrete, LLC seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support field operations and project controls across Minnesota, the Midwest, and Texas. You will collaborate with project managers, field staff, and clients to keep projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

The role emphasizes coordinating documentation, progress reporting, and client relations, with travel to multiple sites and a combination of office and field work.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction.
• Experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Field Engineer preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support project staff and field operations.
• Report progress and budget updates to leadership.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Represent the company at client meetings and site walks.
• Prepare monthly billings and process change orders.
• Review subcontractor pay applications and supplier invoices.
• Coordinate with jobsite personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and track critical work items and milestones.
• Procure long-lead materials and equipment.
• Resolve field, subcontractor, and supplier issues.
• Manage document control, submittal schedules, and contract documents.
• Monitor quality control and environmental compliance.
• Oversee project safety and site waste management.
• Travel to various project sites as needed.
