Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates seeks an Assistant Plant Manager in Newberry, FL to support daily operations of the pit, plant and sales yard while upholding MSHA safety standards.

You will assist the Plant Manager, promote safety, manage repairs, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvement across production and maintenance, with a focus on reliable operations and team development. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a willingness to work extended shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading, managing, and motivating employees.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to work extended shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities
