What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production and compliance with safety protocols.

  • Develop and manage the annual operating budget and mine plan.

  • Lead and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Manage maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and cost efficiency.

  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve key business objectives and represent the company in the local community.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of industry experience.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in safety and regulatory compliance.

  • Analytical and metrics-driven mindset, with project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Commitment to team success, with the ability to work through challenges and achieve objectives.

  • Passion for career growth, with an interest in becoming a Plant Manager.
