Job summary

AP Emissions Technologies, LLC is launching a new 208,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Apex, North Carolina. As Plant General Manager, you will lead start-up, ramp-up, and long-term performance across manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, automation, supply chain, quality, EHS, and people development.

This on-site leadership role holds end-to-end accountability for safety, delivery, cost, and quality, building a high-performing team and implementing Lean, continuous improvement, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in US-based heavy or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading greenfield or brownfield plant start-ups and ramp-ups.
• Experience in industries such as chemical, automotive components, or emissions manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, engineering, and EHS.
• Establish structure, accountability, and governance for the Apex site.
• Drive safety-first, continuous-improvement culture across all shifts.
