The APLOM will help establish priorities, organize the launch team, drive cross‑functional issue resolution, and maintain focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development. The right candidate is comfortable leading through ambiguity, using facts to make decisions, and creating alignment across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
