Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required.
• Must have basic understanding of the fitness industry, market and key business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all PT team members.
• Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding.
• Drive Crunch One Kickoff appointments and achieve weekly and monthly new client targets.
• Ensure accurate administration of PT services including dotFIT program and supplements.
