TransChicago Truck Group in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to oversee the retail operations of the Parts department at our Elmhurst location. You will help develop training plans, drive efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience across front and back counters and the phone room staff.

You will use reporting to shape sales strategies, work with the Parts Manager to set and reach sales and profit goals, and ensure new staff are trained with the tools to succeed.

Qualifikationen

• Strong math and computer skills.
• Effective time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated; works independently to resolve issues and problems as well as ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Ensure new counter staff have completed all required training and have all tools and support to be successful.
• Work with corporate parts staff to understand stocking levels, meet outside vendors and gather customer feedback.

We’re looking for an Assistant Parts Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the retail operations within the Parts department at our Elmhurst location. Education and/or Required Experience:

• Familiar with parts operations.
• Experience with Procede or another Dealer Management System (DMS) preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Effective time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Must be able to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation:$75,000-$80,000 annually. Salary will be determined based on experience, competencies, certifications and education.
