Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking an Overnight Grocery Team Leader to drive overnight replenishment and lead a fast-paced team. You’ll focus on mentoring staff, delivering exceptional customer service during overnight hours, and coordinating tasks to keep the night shift efficient and ready for daytime operations.

The role includes a 6-month training program with mentorship, and successful completion leads to an interview or placement as a team leader.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting.
• Computer skills.
