Position Overview

The Assistant Outlets Manager is responsible for managing operations and leading the team in our new restaurant, Frenchy Bar et Brasserie. Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager, you are passionate about providing a best-in-class dining experience for our guests and members.

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Outlets Manager, you will oversee both the Restaurant and Room Service operations to deliver a smooth, efficient, and exceptional guest and member experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of Frenchy Bar et Brasserie to ensure all stations, levels of service, and guest experiences meet standards
  • Managing, supporting, and training the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining high levels of communication between outlets and other hotel departments
  • Handling guest queries promptly and efficiently
  • Recruiting, training, and developing team members
  • Fostering a culture of teamwork, recognition, and hospitality
  • Ensuring cash handling procedures are followed
  • Conducting pre-shift briefings and identifying sales opportunities
  • Participating in annual and mid-year appraisals with team members
  • Evaluating guest satisfaction and implementing continuous improvements
  • Staying informed about industry trends and proposing ideas to enhance Food & Beverage offerings
  • Assisting with scheduling, budgeting, and policy adherence
  • Ensuring compliance with security, fire regulations, health and safety legislation, and local licensing laws
  • Supporting other departments as needed and maintaining good working relationships

  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Certified Smart Serve

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
