Job summary

Qualifications

Education level: Bachelor’s degree recommended.
Experience: Degree in theater or coursework in theater, plus training in oral interpretation coaching techniques recommended.
Background in dramatic literature, all forms of prose, poetry and non‑fiction.
Familiarity with NFL oral interpretation rules and competition rules.

Responsibilities

Reads new material and prepares cuttings in seven oral interpretation categories.
Helps students schedule and prepare for interpretations and introductions.
Monitors behavior to uphold sportsmanship and standards of the activity.
Assists in organizing and hosting year-end awards and competitions.
Maintains liaison with Booster Club and families; supports travel and budget planning.
