The Bert W. Wasserman Department of Economics and Finance is seeking applicants for one tenure track Associate/Assistant Professor position in Economics starting Fall 2027, subject to final budget approval. The successful candidate will engage in high-quality scholarly research in economics, teach undergraduate and graduate courses in economics, mentor students (undergraduate, master's, Ph.D.), and share responsibility for committee and department assignments. Applicants should be able to teach in multiple modalities (in-person, online, hybrid) and participate in Zicklin programs offered both on campus and with our global partners.
Applicants are required to submit a philosophy of teaching that includes but is not limited to their commitment to and experience with teaching students in a campus environment with a substantial population of students who are among the first-generation of their family to attend a college or university.
