The Bert W. Wasserman Department of Economics and Finance is seeking applicants for one tenure track Associate/Assistant Professor position in Economics starting Fall 2027, subject to final budget approval.
The successful candidate will engage in high-quality scholarly research in economics, teach undergraduate and graduate courses in economics, mentor students (undergraduate, master's, Ph.D.), and share responsibility for committee and department assignments. Applicants should be able to teach in multiple modalities (in-person, online, hybrid) and participate in Zicklin programs offered both on campus and with our global partners.
Assistant Professor: $135,000-$150,000
Associate Professor: $171,300-$186,300
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Ph.D. in Economics or a closely related field. Demonstrated ability to conduct high quality scholarly research, ability to teach successfully and to cooperate with colleagues for the good of the institution. Preference will be given to candidates specialized in computational methods used in macroeconomics and econometrics, among others.
