Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Project Manager to support North American production plants. You will help enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost control using Toyota Production System principles.

You will collaborate with teams to drive efficiency, analyze performance metrics, and assist in training programs. Travel up to 50% is required, with a focus on continuous improvement across facilities.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years experience, including supervisory roles in production.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
