kaishaservice is seeking an Assistant Operations Project Manager to drive improvements across North American production plants. You will apply Toyota Production System principles to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost control while supporting employee relations.
The role requires 6–9 years in a production environment with supervisory experience, a willingness to travel up to 50%, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

The Assistant Operations Project Manager will ensure and improve safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and positive employee relations using the principles of the Toyota Production System, and other strategies outlined by the company and each facilities' directives. The assistant manager will be responsible for supporting the team in overseeing and enhancing the operations of our production plants in North America.
