Our MIT program is a blended-learning, six-week program focused on immersing a manager in all aspects of running a multi-million-dollar business within the facilities industry. Training occurs on-site at one of our Fortune 200 client locations and combines hands-on training, expert learning, real-time feedback, and personalized advice. It is ideal for college graduates and those seeking professional development opportunities.
Participants must complete training to progress to a manager role overseeing their team. Successful completion is the first step toward future leadership opportunities, as SBM advocates growth from within. Most of our senior leadership, including C-suite executives, Vice Presidents, and Site Managers, have completed the MIT program.
