It is ideal for college graduates and those seeking professional development opportunities.
Participants must complete the training to progress to a manager role, overseeing their team. Successful completion is the first step toward future leadership opportunities, as SBM advocates growth from within. Most senior leaders, including C-suite executives, Vice Presidents, and Site Managers, have completed the MIT program.
