Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, field service, or related operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or coordinate people.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 for scheduling, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Valid driver's license — field and warehouse presence are part of this role.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Operation: plan, implement, and execute daily schedules and projects to meet customer commitments on time and within budget.
• Review workload daily and manage manpower, adjusting to priorities.
• Oversee warehouse operations including equipment staging, stock parts ordering, purchase orders, and inventory management.
