Dilla Libre, a local hotspot for Quesadillas, Tacos & Margaritas, is looking for a part-time Assistant Operations Manager (Fri-Sun).

The Job Basics:

  • Assist Operations Manager with employee management and catering events/deliveries
  • Day-to-day interface with Dilla Libre Staff
  • Operations management; overseeing staff at both locations & keeping management on track with daily procedures
  • Communicating daily with management
  • Being the onsite point person every Saturday and Sunday between both locations
  • Delivering catering orders to clients on Saturday and Sunday

Must haves:

  • Genuine smile
  • Ability to communicate with employees effectively
  • Sense of humor (cheesy jokes optional)
  • An excellent work ethic
  • Eye for the big picture and overall goals of Dilla Libre
  • Reliable transportation
  • Coachable attitude (this is a big one)
  • Prior restaurant management, events, and catering experience is a plus but not required
  • Drive to tackle new challenges and question the status quo
