Peregrine Team is hiring for an Assistant Operations Manager in Elmsford, NY .

This position is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. $28 - $34 / hour Job Duties :

• Assign personnel to the daily work schedule Respond appropriately and timely to client requests and concerns Oversee the implementation of operations training programs for the branch Manage quality assurance functions within the branch office Perform job evaluations in the field to ensure service quality Maintain operations equipment, vehicles, and the branch office environment Order uniforms for personnel, PPE, and office supplies as required Train and orient new employees in accordance with company standards Qualifications : Associate degree or equivalent work experience (Required) At least 2 years of experience in a field supervisory role (Required) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong attention to detail, ensuring payroll accuracy and data entry precision Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Work Environment : Varied commercial and industrial environments Exposure to dust, grease, fumes, and chemicals Moderate noise levels May require lifting up to 50 lbs and working from ladders This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional looking to grow within a fast-paced environment.
