Medix is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee Clearwater, Florida operations and drive daily performance of the Operations Team.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, hiring and performance reviews, and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency while meeting client requirements and regulatory standards.

You will partner with executive leadership on staffing, productivity reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to advance operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare insurances (Government and Commercial).
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle (Patient Access, HIM, and PFS).

Salary: USD24 - USD28.5 per hour
