Responsibilities
  • Assist with fleet telematics, insurance updates, and travel to branches for inventory counts, renovations, and relocations
  • Ensure all branches maintain proper safety equipment and compliance with regulations
  • Track and coordinate maintenance and repairs for branch assets, including vehicles and equipment
  • Maintain preferred vendor lists, oversee purchasing, and coordinate vendor contracts
  • Manage the operations helpdesk ticket system and assist with facility repairs
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills
