Job description

We are a growing dental office with an amazing view in a beautiful mountain town. Are you looking for a position that will allow you to use all of your skills in a FUN, growing environment?

Seeking an outgoing and friendly team player. Must be a self-starter, motivated, dependable, detail oriented and work at a fast pace. Must be great with people and have excellent communication skills.

Our patients always come first, and we strive to build relationships with them and our team!

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet patients entering the practice
  • Answer telephone and provide caller with information, as well as follow up in a timely manner to all messages
  • Oversee patient care by monitoring the schedule regularly and adjusting patient appointments to maximize patient care
  • Document and verify basic insurance information in the patient’s chart
  • Educate patients regarding their insurance and financial responsibility
  • Assist with billing & payment processing
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Capable of multitasking
  • Capable of learning dental software
  • Ability to work cooperatively with management, staff, and patients
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent manner
Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Pay:

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours:

20 – 40 per week
