Diversicare is seeking an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to support the Nursing Home Administrator in delivering exceptional care across a multi-site post-acute setting. You will help manage operations, budgets and resource planning while promoting a warm, safe and professional environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum education in business, healthcare administration or related field and licensure as Health Care Administrator (NHA) with AIT.
• 5 years of supervisory/management experience in long-term care.
• Enrollment in Long-Term Care Administration Courses with expected Nursing Home Administrator license within one year.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursing Home Administrator to deliver high-quality care following the facility's mission and core values.
• Lead and coordinate facility operations, budgeting, and resource management.
• Drive recruitment, staff development and cross-department collaboration to achieve goals.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families and health care professionals.
