Sevita Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks an on-site Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing at an Intermediate Care Facility. The role supports the Director of Nursing, leads staff, and manages on-call rotation. Pay is $31–$35 per hour, with a Mon-Fri schedule.
You must hold LPN/LVN or RN licensure and have nursing experience (DD preferred). Responsibilities include rounds, training, and MDS oversight to ensure regulatory compliance and quality resident care.

Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of nursing services, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.
