In this leadership role, you will support the day-to-day clinical and operational functions of a specialized inpatient unit caring for patients with acute neurological and neurosurgical conditions, including stroke, seizure disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and other complex neuroscience diagnoses. The Assistant Nurse Manager partners with the Nurse Manager to drive clinical excellence, staff engagement, patient safety, and quality outcomes while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered, and mission-driven environment.
