Providence Medford Medical Center is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Medical Surgical Telemetry team. This 1.0 FTE, full-time day shift role leads from the front, supports caregivers, and helps shape a culture of clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.

As an ANM, you will combine clinical expertise with hands-on leadership, guiding daily operations, mentoring staff, and strengthening practice to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Oregon RN license required at hire.
• BSN preferred; BSN may be pursued if not yet held.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and collaborate with nursing leadership.
• Mentor caregivers and strengthen clinical practice.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, whole-person patient care.
