Qualifications

• RN license in New York State required; BLS certification required; national cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and mentors unit staff to deliver evidence-based nursing care.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Assists Nurse Manager with staffHiring, counseling and evaluation processes.
• Coordinates staff orientation and ongoing education activities.
