340B Health seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager specializing in chemotherapy infusion. This hybrid role focuses on clinical patient care and administrative oversight, supporting the oncology team. The ideal candidate will have significant oncology nursing experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality patient care. The position also offers an engaging work environment in a recognized cancer treatment facility.
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for Chemotherapy Infusion is a Registered Nurse with specialized experience in oncology and infusion services. This hybrid leadership role includes direct patient care and administrative responsibilities. The ANM supports the Regional Director of Cancer Services in the daily operations of the infusion center, ensures high-quality, evidence-based oncology care, and provides leadership to clinical staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of three years clinical experience required. 2 years of Oncology nursing experience, including chemotherapy administration required. Progressive leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor's in Nursing required. Master's degree preferred.
Licenses / Certifications: Possession of a valid license and current registration, issued by the New York State Education Department, as a Registered Nurse.
BLS and ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required. OCN preferred.
Other: Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency with EMR systems and scheduling software.
