Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria, CA is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager who will lead daily nursing operations, set the standard for safe, high-quality patient care, and empower nursing teams to achieve clinical excellence.

You will guide staff through the nursing process, foster strong communication, and act as an educator to elevate understanding and outcomes. Required California RN license and ACLS/CPR/PALS within 30 days, with ED experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse license.
• 1-3 years with ED experience.
• CPR within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 30 days of hire.
• PALS within 30 days of hire.

Pay Range

$58.68 - $89.32 /hour
