Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team at our West Linn, OR residential program for adults with eating disorders. Full-time, with Sayurday Day (7a-7p) and Overnight (7p-7a) shifts 1-2 per week, collaborating closely with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations and patient safety.

The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling, and adherence to clinical standards, with a strong focus on behavioral health in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (or license eligible) is required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred
• Experience in a nursing operations/leadership role is desired
• Mental health or behavioral health nursing experience preferred
• Excellent communication, time management, safety awareness, and teamwork are required
• CPR/BLS certification is required or provided by Monte Nido prior to starting

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatments
• Assist in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff
• Ensure safety standards are followed and practice standards are maintained for licensed nurses
• Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients on behalf of Nurse Manager
• Share call rotation with Nurse Manager as part of this full-time leadership role

is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

Monte Nido’streatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Responsibilities Include:

• Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff.
• Insure medical safety standards are followed and the work of Nurses is consistent with the standards of practice for their license.
• Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients on behalf of Nurse Manager or as assigned.
• Sharing call rotation with the Nurse Manager is a part of this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role.

Qualifications:

• Active license as Registered Nurse (or be license eligible); having or pursuing a BSN is desired.
• Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role, in a hospital or residential setting, is desired.
• Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations is very important.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, safety awareness, and showing collaborative teamwork are all required.
• Must hold current CPR/BLS certification prior to starting work, which Monte Nido will provide if needed.
