Clementine Cherry Hill, located in Cherry Hill, NJ, is a residential program for adolescents seeking treatment for eating disorders. We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to assist in leading the nursing team and ensuring high standards of care in a residential setting.

The role is a full-time, salaried-exempt leadership position working with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and clinical treatment.

Qualifications

• Active license as Registered Nurse (or license eligible); BSN desired.
• Experience in nursing operations leadership roles is preferred.
• Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health populations is important.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Nurse Manager to oversee operations and functions of Nursing, medication administration, and medical treatment.
• Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff.
• Ensure medical safety standards are followed and the work of Nurses is compliant with licensure requirements.
• Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients as assigned.
• Share call rotation with the Nurse Manager as part of this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role.

Qualifications:

• Active license as Registered Nurse (or be license eligible); having or pursuing BSN is desired.
• Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role, in a hospital or residential setting, is desired.
• Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations is very important.
• Excellent communication and time management skills; safety awareness; and showing collaborative teamwork are all required.
• Must hold current CPR/BLS certification prior to starting work, which Monte Nido & Affiliates will provide if needed.
