A Day in the Life of an ANCM

The role is fast-paced and dynamic. You'll start your mornings onsite at your neighborhood, serving as the second-in-command for quality control, scheduling contractors, overseeing trade installations, and maintaining site safety and cleanliness. You will support your Construction Manager and ensure homes are built to standards and delivered on time. Daily tasks include ordering materials, reviewing selections, and collaborating with sales, purchasing, and construction teams to ensure smooth homebuilding processes.

We seek candidates eager to learn and grow into management roles, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with homeowners and trade partners.

Must Haves:

• Team-oriented and collaborative attitude
• Interest in developing construction management skills

• Ability to manage projects independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and other software
