**Workplace Arrangement:**
This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 4 days onsite per week, emphasizing in-person collaboration to maintain our culture.
**Team and Role Overview:**
The Merchandising team develops global product strategies to ensure optimal assortment and demand fulfillment, leveraging market insights to deepen guest relationships and grow our brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Data entry and maintenance across merchandising systems
- Supporting with sample acquisition and shipment coordination
- Assisting with content creation for reviews and reports
- Validating retail prices and supporting inventory queries
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on drop preparations
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Retail, Merchandising, or related field
- Retail and merchandising experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

**Compensation:**
