Job summary

Lands’ End seeks an Assistant Merchant to partner with the Merchant team in executing merchandising strategies through data analysis and reporting. You will react to data points to guide decisions on key items, promotions and assortments aligned with the Lands’ End customer.

Qualifications

• Degree in retail merchandising and a retail merchandising internship experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of specialty retail experience; multi channel brand experience is a plus.
• Instinct and passion for great product (taste level) and strong product point of view.
• Demonstrated passion for merchandising and understanding of market trends.

Responsibilities

• Run reports and analyze data to inform merchandising decisions.
• Research trends and translate into ideas for items, growth and profitability.
